We had an amazing stay at a hotel located in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the service provided by Monica from the restaurant was really good. The hotel's proximity to the subway station and various restaurants made it convenient for exploring the area. Despite a few minor issues with the bathroom and bed size, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my time here. The location was perfect, being close to the subway and within walking distance of great restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options.

This hotel is perfect for exploring Palermo with its central location close to the estuary and Plaza Italia metro station. The staff provide exceptional service, pointing guests in the right direction and even giving rides to the airport. The rooms are comfortable with nice modern furnishings and breakfast is great.
All was good, no complaints.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the subway station. it was situated in the lively neighborhood of Palermo, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a bus stop nearby for easy transportation to other parts of the city.
The gym facilities were underwhelming and the front desk staff were often seen smoking outside.
